Full Service Wedding Planning: Lleia Luxe Events assists in the planning of every detail of your wedding, managing the overall wedding event and ultimately ensuring that everything goes exactly as planned from beginning to end. Such duties include: - Assistance with budget and breakdown of costs.
- Development of wedding theme or color scheme
- Unlimited consultations via email and/or telephone
- At least 2 site visits to ceremony and reception locations prior to Wedding Day.
- Identification of all suppliers, vendors and/or service providers.
- Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location personnel.
- Confirmation and follow-up with all suppliers and/or service providers 1-2 weeks prior to Wedding Day.
- Day of coordination and supervision until the end of reception.
Day of Wedding Coordinator: Unlike a full-service wedding coordinator, a "Day-of" coordinator is for brides and grooms who wish to plan their weddings themselves, but need a coordinator on the wedding day to execute all of their plans. Lleia Luxe Event Day-of-Wedding Coordination includes:
- A Final Planning Session 7 days prior to wedding
- Creation of a Wedding Timeline 5 days prior to wedding
- Follow Up Calls/Payment to vendors 24 hours prior to wedding
