Service Description Pricing
Wedding Day Management For those couples wishing to plan their wedding themselves but need some additional guidance, in the beginning, to get started as well as assistance in executing their wedding day. We offer MUCH more than traditional “month-of” or “day-of” services offered by other professionals.  We handle all the details on the big day from start to finish.  We are on call for anything and everything so you can relax and enjoy yourselves. $2,500
Partial Wedding Planning Allows you to be in charge of the planning process while also having the ability to bring on expert guidance to help with certain tasks and details. No matter where are you in the planning process, we can work with you to attend vendor meetings, gather quotes from event professionals, schedule consultations, assist with rental orders, give design advice and feedback, share checklists to keep you on track, and so much more. You can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. $4,000
Full Wedding Planning

For those couples that wish for us to design, plan, and execute a truly custom wedding from start to finish. We include as much help as you need and as many planning sessions as you need. Our services allow our couples to be in the moment, worry-free and enjoy every emotion of their wedding day. Your full planning investment is dependent on the final wedding budget but typically our couples spend between $7,000 - $10,000 on our services.

Vanessa's the Best!

Planning a wedding taught me that planning in general is not my forte. Many sleepless nights were spent between my wife and I trying to make sure we didn't miss anything. Besides the typical challenge of time (my wife was in grad school while working full time, and a 50 hr work week wasn't uncommon for me), our original venue had to cancel their remaining events, roughly 4 months before our wedding date. In the end, my wife and I couldn't have dreamt of a better day than our wedding day. Vanessa and her team at Little Black Book were integral in helping that happen. Vanessa helped us find a new venue within a month, and made sure we didn't have to lift a finger the day of. Better yet, we never caught wind of all of the crazy things happening in the background - they were just handled. We were able to completely be in the moment on our day. For that reason alone, I strongly suggest to anyone planning a wedding to think about getting a day-of coordinator, and of those coordinators, I can't recommend Vanessa of Little Black enough. Thanks for helping make our special day amazing, and helping us to enjoy it to the fullest.

Where do we begin? Meeting Vanessa and Little Black Book was like a breath of fresh air. Coming off the heels of a terrible planner, we had honestly been scarred of planners but we knew that we needed the help. She was referred to us and when we met her we knew immediately that we were making the right decision. Vanessa has this keen sense for detail a great style a wonderful understanding and to be quite frank she knows what she is doing. It’s a lot of people out here who call themselves planners, But they are not they don’t care about what your needs are and they don’t have a great way of execution. Vanessa has great ideas but she does not push or impose her own things. She does make suggestions but leaves it to you! She delivers what you want and more. My wedding was a vision but she made it more of a dream that I never knew I had she exceeded my husband and my expectations. When there was conflict she handled it when they were issues with the vendors she handled it. Anything and everything that I needed positive or negative she was able to take care of it all. Everyone thinks they’re a planner but they are not they don’t care about what your needs are and they don’t have a great way of execution. Vanessa has great ideas she delivers what you want and more. Oh and she has a HUGE roladex of vendors and is able to make a budget work! She communicates very well! She is just amazing! I’d recommend little black book to anyone for any event!

Great Value, Excellent Service!

Vanessa and Little Black Book Events seamlessly transitioned into the role of our day-of coordinator. She was responsive, showed initiative, and demonstrated her expertise in attention to detail.
