My name is Yemi Osunkoya and I am the designer behind the KOSIBAH label.I am available for consultations/fittings by appointment from my studio in DUMBO Brooklyn, New York or at the Kosibah Suite at the InterContinental NY Barclay Hotel, 111 E 48th St. New York, where my out of state clients can secure a VIP room for the duration of their visit to NYC (please email [email protected] for details).

I also offer a remote bridal consultation service via Zoom or Facetime where I can discuss your design options and help you explore the precise elements of what constitutes your ideal bridal gown to ensure it enhances your figure and meets possible traditional and /or religeous requirements, and fits within the theme of your wedding and venue.

I established the Kosibah label in London in 1991 and named the company in honour of my mother. The name Cosiba comes from the Republic of Benin and is the day name of a female child born on a Sunday.
